Our twice-yearly book sales are one of the ways Friends raise money to support the programs and initiatives of the Memphis Public Libraries. We couldn’t do this without the support of our many volunteers and supporters.
We are excited to be hosting our Spring 2023 Book Sale from April 20 to 23 at the Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library. We’ll have thousands of books, DVDs, CDs, vinyl, magazines and more at the best prices around.
The sale kicks off on Thursday, April 20, with our Friends member preview sale. If you’re not a member, sign up or renew online today. You’ll also be able to join at the door before going into the sale.
On Sunday, April 23, help us clear out our remaining books during our bag sale. Everything you can fit in the paper bags we provide is just $6 per bag or fill up one of our boxes for just $12. What a deal!
